Regulatory Reporting Specialist (MAS returns).

The Singapore branch of a European corporate bank is strengthening its regulatory reporting function ahead of the revised MAS 610/1003 requirements and is looking for an experienced specialist for an initial eight months. The team of five produces the full suite of MAS returns; you will take ownership of the most complex ones and lead the impact analysis of the upcoming changes.

Day to day you prepare and review key returns, reconcile them against the general ledger and the risk systems, and clear queries from both MAS and head office. In parallel you document the current production process, identify automation opportunities in the Axiom platform and implement the top three improvements together with the change team. Towards the end of the engagement you hand over a tested, documented process to the permanent hire you help select.

We require at least six years in regulatory reporting within a MAS-supervised institution, strong knowledge of banking products and hands-on Axiom or comparable platform experience. The role is hybrid: three days per week in the Raffles Place office.
