An international manufacturing group headquartered in Paris is replacing a fragmented ECC landscape with a single global S/4HANA template. The programme covers finance, procurement and manufacturing across eleven plants in Europe and Asia. Wave 1 (France and Belgium) went live successfully; you will lead Waves 2 and 3 and industrialise the rollout playbook.
You own the programme plan, budget (approximately €18M remaining) and the steering-committee relationship, and you direct a core team of forty people including system-integrator staff. Key challenges are data migration quality, change fatigue in the plants and keeping the template clean against strong local pressure for exceptions.
We are looking for a programme manager with at least three full-cycle SAP transformations, experience in manufacturing environments and the seniority to push back on both the integrator and the business. The role is hybrid: three days per week at the Paris head office, with regular travel to plant sites during cutover periods. English is the working language; French is a plus.
